This is the first in a new series of classes that will feature coloring with Copic Sketch markers.  You may have noticed the Copic fever that has swept over the stamping community. Copic markers are artist grade markers that use an alcohol ink. And frankly they can color unlike other markers. Vicki’s Copic classes will be small and will focus on coloring, where to shade, how to blend and when to highlight. It is not required to purchase markers for class.  But if you wish to have your own, you may reserve this first set of markers. The color list for this class is available at the shop.

Vellum is a wonderful product for giving cards a soft texture.  In this class we will be coloring vellum several ways and talk about the best way to attach vellum to a card.

Copic 101 Holiday Chickadee

Perhaps this little birdie looks familiar to you?  The great thing about rubber stamps is no matter how old the stamp it’s still great for stamping.  Two years ago the Holly Chickadee was a popular class and stamp. When Copic markers came to and Bear Makes 3 there were requests to use this stamp to create a Copic colored Christmas card. Your wish is our command!

Vintage Style

Maybe you have had it with cute and are ready to get your fingers inky?  Vintage Style in just the class for you.  We will pair Kaiser Vintage series stamps with BoBunny Weekend Market papers to create four cards with a grubby vintage style that would work for a variety of occasions. Especially nice for those difficult to stamp for guys!

High Country Wilderness-

Think Distress meet Stampscapes and you will have the idea of this class. You will learn the techniques to seamlessly blend Distress inks for that one of a kind versatile background. Then learn scene composition with Stampscape stamps to create an infinite number of panoramic vistas. All the High Country Wilderness cards have a birthday message on the inside and would be perfect for the rugged guys in your life. Please bring your blending tool and craft mat.

Did you ever want to make someone smile?  Bring a little joy into their life?  Well that’s what stampers do best. This card is just for fun with two best pals and a fun (and truthful) quote. It would work nicely for birthday, thinking of you, even an uplifting get well card. Plus you will have fun making it!  We all that a win/win!  Sample was colored with Copic markers but Tombow color list will also be provided.
