Weekly Class Preview

Blue Willow
 Wednesday May 9th 1:00

Do you remember the popular Blue Willow dinnerware?  You can still see in antique shops as it’s a classic in colors of blue and white. Always a great color combo. In this class you will learn a simple technique (our favorite kind) to create this lovely Blue Willow look.  This card would work for many occasions.
1 hour @ $10.00

May Copic 101 Summer Color
Wednesday May 9th 2:00

May is all about those beautiful flowers that show off such wonderful color. And when you can stamp and color your own flower, that’s even more fun. In this Copic 101 class you will learn more about shading with color to fool the eye see depth. Florals are a forgiving way to learn to color so if you missed the previous Copic 101 classes this would be a good “starter class”.  Summer Color is an all occasion card that could be adapted for most situations. It would be a wonderful birthday or get well.

1 ½ hours @ $15.00

What’s Cooking?
 Saturday May 12th 10:00

The kitties are in the house and cooking up a fun new class just for you. This class features a Penny Black set of unmounted clear stamps that you are going to want to own for your very own. They are cute but that’s only half the fun. These cards work great for birthdays sure, but also work nicely for thinking of you and great for party invitations and kids cards. See, we said you would want this stamp set.  Samples were colored with Copic markers but the Tombow color list will be provided.

2 hour s @ $20.00

Copic Play Day
Saturday May 12th 4:30

Back by popular demand!  Copic Play Day is for those that wish to get a little more Copic fun and practice. It is a free time to come to Bear (you know you want to be there!) and practice with your Copic markers. You may bring your prestamped images or buy Copic card stock and use the stamps we have on hand. It’s a good time to ask any questions you may have about all things Copic and share with your fellow Copic lovers.
Also if you are wondering what all the fuss is about Copic, this would be a good time to come and check it out free of charge. Vicki Bridges will be there to share her markers and give you a gentle push to get started. What’s not to like?
This play day is free but you need to reserve you place in advance. Come join the fun!

If you wish to join us for any of these events please give Vicki Byers a call or email. Come on! You know you want to!
