Do you remember the popular Blue Willow dinnerware? You can still see them antique shops and I love it’s a classic in colors of blue and white. Always a great color combo. In this class you will learn a simple technique (our favorite kind) to create this lovely Blue Willow look. This card would work for many occasions.
